Your initial appointment will include full consultation and medical questionnaire to check suitability for treatment. Reflexology can help ease tension, improve circulation, promote better sleep, relieve pain and eliminate toxins from the body.

Sekhem Healing

Egyptian Sekhem healing energy is an ancient form of Egyptian healing. It is a similar manner to Reiki through hands on healing. Sekhem is associated with the Eygyptian Lion headed Goddess Sekhmet. She is strongly linked to the star Sirus, the brightest star in the sky. Sekhem is known to be life changing. It is very powerful and effective. It works on all levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Sekhem is high vibrational energy that works on the very soul level. It cuts through obstacles on your path. I have personally had incredible shifts in my life since working with this beautiful energy. Sessions can be face to face or via a distance healing session.

Are you interested in learning Reiki? As a Reiki Master Teacher I offer training for Reiki level 1 and level 2. My courses are taught in small intimate groups, maximum 4 people. You will learn how to heal yourself and others and use Reiki in everyday life. During your training you will receive manuals, 4 attunements connecting you to the energy, and a certificate. The training is spread over 2 days for each level.
All my students will receive continuous ongoing support, throughout their journey.
